Warranty Service

1.Our company provides scheduled maintenance for the following UPS equipment capacities:

  • Single-phase models: 6KVA–12KVA (twice a year)
  • Single-phase models: 12KVA–20KVA (twice a year)
  • Three-phase models: Above 20KVA (three times a year)

2.Customers who purchase UPS equipment from our company enjoy comprehensive warranty service within the warranty period.
Exclusions: Improper usage, unauthorized disassembly/modification/installation, force majeure events (natural disasters), or services related to equipment relocation.

3.After the warranty period expires, our company will provide either full maintenance service plans or preventive maintenance service plans.

Diagnostics

On-duty engineers will complete diagnostics on the same day of receipt.

Customer Notification

If repair fees apply, customers will be notified on the next business day after diagnostics.

3. Return via courier (courier charges borne by customer)

After-Sales Service Mechanism

 

1. For UPS within warranty period or under maintenance contract:

  • Free consultation on UPS operation and usage

  • Free scheduled maintenance service (for models 6KVA and above)

  • Free on-demand repair service

 

4. For non-contracted customers:

  • Consultation on UPS-related issues

  • On-site repair service (charged according to applicable rates)

 

 

2. For customers with a Full Maintenance Contract:

  • Phone consultation and troubleshooting

  • On-site repair service (including labor and materials)

  • On-site scheduled inspection service

 

5. Service Dispatch Center (During Office Hours):

  • Consultation on after-sales service issues

  • Immediate and effective solutions for fault resolution

  • Efficient dispatch of engineers for on-site repairs

 

 

3. For customers with a Preventive Maintenance Contract:

  • Phone consultation service

  • On-site scheduled inspection service

  • On-site repair service (parts charged separately)
