Warranty Service
1.Our company provides scheduled maintenance for the following UPS equipment capacities:
- Single-phase models: 6KVA–12KVA (twice a year)
- Single-phase models: 12KVA–20KVA (twice a year)
- Three-phase models: Above 20KVA (three times a year)
2.Customers who purchase UPS equipment from our company enjoy comprehensive warranty service within the warranty period.
Exclusions: Improper usage, unauthorized disassembly/modification/installation, force majeure events (natural disasters), or services related to equipment relocation.
3.After the warranty period expires, our company will provide either full maintenance service plans or preventive maintenance service plans.
