Founded in 1992 (the 81st year of the Republic Era), Jousong Technology Co., Ltd. has consistently focused on providing integrated enterprise network solutions. Over the years, we have accumulated extensive experience, particularly in the areas of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) services, IT network infrastructure, and the planning and installation of computer room environmental systems.
To meet evolving service requirements, we have continuously enhanced our operational structure. In 1999, we adopted the ISO 9002 international quality assurance system, and in 2016, we upgraded to ISO 9001:2015 to reinforce our quality management.
Furthermore, in response to occupational safety needs, we implemented the ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system in early 2020 to ensure a safe working environment.

We provide phone consultation and troubleshooting services. On-site repair services, including labor and parts, are covered. Regular on-site inspection services are included.

Preventive Maintenance Service Contract
We offer phone consultation services. Regular on-site inspections are included. On-site repair services are also available; however, replacement parts are charged separately.

Clients Within UPS Warranty or Under Maintenance Contract
Free consultation on UPS operation and usage. Free regular maintenance service for UPS units (for models 6KVA and above). Free on-site repair services for UPS malfunctions.
